Use conveniently for sleeples nights, headaches, fever, after a bath, or during daytime acitivies to lower skin temperature. Soft sheet that does not irritate sensitive skin or young children. Store in a cool place to enchange the cooling effect (Do not place in the freezer). Cut to the desired size for use on specific areas. Cooling effect lasts approximately 10 hours. Wipe away sweat before use as the adhesive may weaken. After opening, seal tightly with the zipper package to prevent exposure to air, and use the product as soon as possible.
