This book can be looked on as a study guide for expanding your knowledge about God as the loving creator of everything, who he really is, and who he isn't. In the past, others have depicted him as a fearful and wrathful being, which he is not. There is no intent on my part to challenge anyone's viewpoints about God or their religious beliefs.
