Today we have a problem with decisions being made by the federal government. Many decisions are being made some of which have a connection to the function and responsibility of the federal government. This is not always the case. All laws, processes and procedures should have a direct connection to the Constitution. Each law, regulation or rule should have a direct connection to the Constitution and if they do not they should not be created.
