This rice paddle is shaped in a way that lets you easily serve rounded scoops of rice single-handedly. Simply scoop the rice turn it over onto a plate to serve. Before pushing out the rice, lightly press the center of the paddle. The concave-convex processing on the inside of the paddle prevents rice from sticking to it, and makes it easy to remove.
