The X-plode standard hammertone plate weight is a solid steel plate weight with 1", or standard, sized holes. They're great for making your own customized, cost effective dumbbells - just purchase the standard or spinlock dumbbell handles. These standard plates are compatible with all standard and spinlock bars with 1" collars.
