• We Install It is NOT responsible for any permits, zoning variances and/or homeowners approvals that may be required in advance of installation. • Your installation site must be cleared and prepared to within 3” of level. Any site out of level by more than 3” could result in delays or additional charges payable at the time of installation. • The location for the playset should be free of rocks and stumps and have a 6’ fall zone in all directions. • The homeowner must provide access to electricity within 150 feet of installation site or additional charges will apply. • Please be aware that all installation dates are tentative due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise, such as inclement weather. • We require that the homeowner or an adult representative at least 18 years of age be home when the installer arrives to show him the proper location for the installation and that they are available upon the completion of the installation to do a walk through inspection with our installer to ensure satisfaction. • Children and pets will be kept away from the work area during the entire installation process. • Homeowner will be responsible for any sprinkler system components that will interfere with the installation of the playset. Installer will not be responsible for damage to sprinkler system components located within the designated work area. • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the play area is safe and free of any potential hazards. An impact resistant surface is recommended with the use of any playground equipment, which the customer must install after playset installation. • All play activity should be adult supervised.
