• After confirming the activity tracker has enough battery charge to perform the setup, show you how to charge the device, and walk you through 1 basic function
• Resize the band (if applicable)
• Download and install the companion app on your own smartphone (if applicable)
• Create a user account and configure settings based on your preferences
• Connect the activity tracker to up to 5 apps of your choosing
• Direct you to online support on how to install and configure any applicable desktop companion app, and pair with more devices
• Provide online support for 30 days after setup

How to Prepare for Your In-store Service:

• Bring the device that requires service.
• If the device is a computer (desktop or laptop, PC or Mac), please bring along any system discs and required accessories like power adapters, specialty cables, and batteries.
