Preparation and Cooking Suggestions: Microwave (1000w): Place 1 frozen burger on a microwave safe plate, microwave on high for 70 seconds turn over and cook for another 70 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 4-5 mins, turning once halfway through cooking time until hot throughout. Stovetop: Heat 1-2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook frozen burgers, covered, for approx. 4-7 mins, turning once halfway through cooking. Oven: Preheat oven to 450ºF (230 ºC). Put frozen burgers on non-stick baking sheet and bake for 12-14 mins until browned and hot throughout, turning once halfway through cooking. Tip: let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
