Serving Instructions: Store the cheesecake frozen(-18C) until ready to serve. Before thawing, remove the cheesecake from the foil and tray while frozen an dpalce it on an appropriate tray. Thaw for 2-3 hours at room temperature. We do not recommend using the microwave to defrost. Storage after thawing:: once defrosted, cover unused portions and refrigerate (+5C) for 1 day. Do not refreeze or hold at room temperature.
