Cortate Hydrocortisone Cream USP 0.5% is for the temporary relief of minor skin irritations, rashes, itching, dryness, scaling and redness due to seborrhoeic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, contact dermatitis such as soaps, detergents, cosmetics and/or jewelry. Do not use for the treatment of diaper rash, except on the advice of a physician.
