Where there’s smoke, there’s flavor.What’s true for grilling turns out to be true for our version of the barbeque potato chip. We worked with a blend of tomatoes, onions and natural spices to create a sweet, full-bodied barbeque seasoning. But it was the addition of a touch of mesquite smoke that took the recipe to a whole new level.
