Compare Vétiver Eau De Toilette
Guerlain
$152.00
Created in 1959, Vétiver is the first olfactory creation by Jean-Paul Guerlain. It evokes the duality of nature: freshness and warmth, harmony and disorder. The exhalations of the earth after the rain, the fresh air of early morning, swirls of tobacco mixed with spices... All of these sources of inspiration gave rise to Vétiver. In the 1950's, the Guerlain family decided to create a fragrance based on the surprising roots of vetiver. After a few trials, the Guerlain Perfumer succeeded in making a subtle dosage that recalls the exhalations of the earth in the pale dawn light. This evocation of the world's first morning is enriched with a woody accord and the refined elegance of spices and tobacco to give rise to a rare and sophisticated fragrance. 100ml. Made in France. Fresh woody. Natural, sober, elegant. The fragrance opens on the spontaneous, piquant freshness of citrus fruits with orange, bergamot and lemon. At the heart, spices such as nutmeg and pepper intensify the fragrance, before giving way to vetiver, tobacco and tonka bean. A fresh woody accord for a fragrance with authentic elegance.
